GujjarX Business/Vendor Terms

Effective date: 10 October 2026. These additional terms apply to businesses that connect a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), work with staff, and use GujjarX messaging and subscription services.

Authorization and customer consent

You must be authorized to connect the WABA and associated phone number. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate permissions and notices for customer messaging, storing consent where required, honoring opt-outs and data rights, and complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable law. GujjarX does not create permission to message contacts merely because their details are imported.

Messaging and platform restrictions

Messages may only be sent within applicable service windows or using approved templates as required by WhatsApp policy. Meta may impose verification, rate, account or template restrictions. Approval and message delivery are not guaranteed. Third-party and GujjarX service charges may both apply, depending on the selected plan.

Workspace, staff and data

Control staff access and protect your credentials. Your business is responsible for its customer records, broadcasts and responses. GujjarX may process message data in order to operate the inbox, analytics, automation, media and backup features when those features are enabled. If you export data, you are responsible for securing the resulting files. Do not use GujjarX to access another vendor's account or customer data.

Subscriptions, billing and termination

Plan duration, renewal, message-credit rates, limits and any trial period are set out in the vendor dashboard or separately agreed order. Plans may be available in three-, six- and twelve-month terms. Where payments or credits are enabled, review the applicable charges before authorizing them. You may request account closure or data information from admin@gujjarx.com, subject to legal retention, technical limitations and obligations for unpaid authorized charges.
