GujjarX Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account and business information. You are responsible for account passwords, authorized staff access and actions taken using your workspace. You may not impersonate others, share credentials without authorization, or try to access another business's information.

WhatsApp and acceptable use

GujjarX provides software that can interact with the WhatsApp Business Platform when correctly configured and authorized. You must comply with applicable laws, consent requirements and Meta/WhatsApp Business policies, including applicable customer-service windows, template approvals and messaging limits. Do not send spam, misleading campaigns, unlawful content or messages to people without a lawful basis to contact them. You remain responsible for your recipients, templates, content and use of connected accounts.

Plans, messaging charges and credits

Available subscription durations, such as three, six or twelve months, prices, taxes, credits, trials and renewal arrangements are those displayed in the GujjarX dashboard or agreed at checkout when purchased. Charges for third-party messaging and templates may be separate. Credit balances are a service billing mechanism, not cash. Refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with the terms communicated for the transaction and mandatory consumer or other applicable law; the platform does not make an unconditional refund promise.

Availability and changes

Some features depend on approval, access tokens, network connectivity and third-party platforms. We may modify or discontinue features, restrict misuse, suspend unsafe accounts, or perform maintenance when reasonably required. A successful signup or software setup does not guarantee WhatsApp onboarding, delivery rates, uninterrupted access or Meta approval.

Confidentiality and information rights

You keep responsibility for the customer information and content you provide. You authorize GujjarX to process it only as needed to deliver requested services and manage the account, subject to the GujjarX Privacy Policy and applicable law. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights. GujjarX retains its own software, documentation and trademarks; no source-code ownership transfer is implied.

Limits and legal rights

Services are provided with reasonable care but may have faults or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, GujjarX is not responsible for third-party outages, policy actions or consequences of unlawful messaging by customers. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Governing rules and dispute procedures are subject to applicable law and any specifically agreed written contract.
