Information we process

We may process account registration details (name, business name, email, telephone), login and security information, subscription and credit transactions, device and activity logs, support requests, and business messaging data processed through connected WhatsApp Business accounts. Messaging data may contain contact numbers, names, message content, media, delivery statuses, and templates. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use.

Why it is used

Information is used to provide the inbox, message delivery workflows, account administration, billing, security, troubleshooting, product support, and legal compliance. A business using GujjarX is responsible for the personal data and consent of its own customers. GujjarX acts as a service provider for that business's messaging activities, as applicable.

Third-party services

Messages and account information may be processed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, hosting providers, and other providers necessary for the features actually enabled. Each provider has its own applicable terms and privacy practices. GujjarX is an independent software service and is not owned or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. Third-party platform fees and policies may apply.

Data access, security and retention

We use authentication, role permissions and technical safeguards to help protect information; no system can promise absolute security. Authorized workspace members and technical administrators may need limited access for service operation, support, compliance or troubleshooting. Information is retained only for legitimate service, contractual, safety or legal needs and may remain temporarily in backups. Chat content displayed in a web dashboard must not be assumed to have the same end-to-end encryption properties as messaging inside the WhatsApp consumer application.

Cookies and international processing

Cookies or similar technologies may be used to keep users signed in, protect sessions and operate the website. Service and infrastructure providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

Your choices and requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information that GujjarX controls, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or technical limitations. For contact data held by a business using GujjarX, contact that business first. Send requests to admin@gujjarx.com.
